Stop property alert emails
This stops emails for the property in your link. It does not delete your scenario, stop in-account monitoring, or change newsletter preferences.
What monitoring does—and does not do
This pilot checks available active asking prices and automated rent estimates approximately daily, subject to source availability and the service call cap. The first source observation establishes the baseline; it is not a price-change alert.
Price-change alerts require a change of at least 1% and $1,000; rent-estimate alerts require at least 2% and $25/month. A newly achieved selected goal can trigger an alert below those thresholds. A missing listing is never treated as a price of zero or as a confirmed sale.
Goal checks use an identity-matched active asking price and your saved rent unless you explicitly choose updated automated rent. Financing and expenses stay fixed. Multi-unit watches keep the saved per-unit rent assumptions. Not every address has a listing or usable rent estimate; coverage is shown after checking.
No live mortgage-rate, automatic tax, property-value, or new-comp alerts are included. Estimates are not appraisals, verified lease income, lender approvals, or investment recommendations. Up to five active watches per account in a capacity-limited pilot; checks do not deduct personal scan credits.
Addresses, assumptions and alert preferences are private to your verified account. They are processed by our hosting, property-data and email providers to deliver the service. Delete a scenario to remove its watch and associated alert records. Email consent is per property and separate from newsletter consent.
