Calculations and saved work
The calculators run in your browser. Analyzer assumptions and guest saved deals can remain in this browser’s local storage until you clear them. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to view that work. A share link contains the deal assumptions included in its URL; share it only with people you intend to give those details to.
Accounts and cloud portfolios
Account sign-in and cloud portfolios use Supabase. Signing in sends authentication details to that service. Saving or importing portfolio records while signed in stores those records with your account. Google sign-in, when available, also uses Google’s authentication service. Private portfolio access is restricted to the owning account.
Property data and public submissions
ZIP and location lookups send the requested location to our data endpoints and their public data sources. The site is hosted through Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes requests and technical connection information. Marketplace and leaderboard entries that are explicitly published can be viewed by other visitors. Avoid including confidential information in public submissions.
Documents and spreadsheets
Document drafts are generated in your browser. The document form does not send its contents to a server or save them in browser storage. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them. Spreadsheet parsing also runs in your browser; values you choose to load into the analyzer or save to a portfolio then follow the storage behavior described above.
Advertising and measurement
No Google Ads or Google Analytics tracking tag is configured on the site as of the date above. This notice will be updated before adding those services. External reference links take you to sites with their own data practices.
Contact and removal requests
Use portfolio controls to remove saved records. You can clear guest data through your browser’s site-data settings. For account or data questions and removal requests, contact [email protected]. Emailing us sends the information you include to our email service.
