Put the evidence beside the numbers.
Review paperwork, resolve conflicting figures, and prepare questions before you commit. Your original documents stay on this device.
Not saved to an account.
Before saving or inviting anyone, remove tenant names, contact details, account numbers and other private information from source notes. Invited viewers can see the entire saved review.
A review room does not publish your property or change its sharing settings. Analysis values are recalculated when opened in the analyzer; no estimate is silently refreshed.
1. Review the paperwork
Read text-based PDFs or text files locally. Suggested values need an explicit label and period. Scanned PDFs, unstructured rent-roll totals and T12 annualization need manual review; they are not guessed.

Enter a figure with its source manually
Unchecked figures do not affect inputs. Conflicting checked values block application. Missing costs remain unverified, not zero. Saving a review includes the source notes above, not the raw file or pasted document.
2. What still needs verification?
“Reviewed” is your assessment, not a certification by Landlord Calculus. Recheck evidence whenever assumptions change.
3. Invite private reviewers
Only the owner and people invited by verified email can open this room. Viewers read; reviewers can comment and propose changes. Only the owner applies proposals.
Invitations are not emailed automatically. Grant access, copy the link, and send it yourself. The recipient must sign in with that email. Revocation blocks future access, but cannot recall downloaded copies.
Review discussion & proposed changes
Propose an input change
Proposals refer to a specific review version. A later owner edit requires a fresh proposal rather than silently overwriting newer assumptions.
