BRRRR Refinance Calculator

See the new refinance loan, gross cash-out proceeds, cash recovered, and how much of your original capital remains in the deal.

ESTIMATED CASH YOU CAN PULL OUT

NET CASH-OUT TO YOU
NEW REFINANCE LOAN
GROSS PROCEEDS AFTER PAYOFF
ORIGINAL CASH INVESTED
CASH LEFT IN DEAL
CASH RECOVERED
Tax note: Cash received from a refinance is generally loan proceeds rather than sale income, so receiving the borrowed funds itself generally is not treated as taxable income. Interest deductibility and other tax consequences depend on how the proceeds are used and your circumstances. This calculator is educational, not tax advice.
Maximum new loan = ARV × refinance LTV
Gross proceeds after payoff = new loan − existing loan payoff
Net cash-out = gross proceeds − refinance costs
Cash left in deal = original cash invested − net cash-out

BRRRR refinance

A refinance can return some or all of the cash you invested while you continue to own the property. The calculator separates the new loan amount from the money actually available to you after paying off existing debt and refinance costs.
